No. Our service includes the on-site delivery and set-up of the fountain, checks before your guests arrive to help
ensure that the chocolate is running smoothly, and after your event, we will collect the fountain.

Yes. It is up to you or your caterer to provide the dipping items.
Upon request, and for an additional charge of only
R15 per person, we can supply the following dipping items with your chocolate fountain hire:
Strawberries or any other seasonal fruit
Biscotti
Marshmallows
Meringues or nougat.
Since the fountains weigh between 7-40kg when fully set up, a level sturdy table is essential. If the table is not level
the chocolate will not flow evenly.
Our fountains are electrical appliances and are also not conducive to wind, therefore the chocolate fountain should
ideally be situated indoors or under cover and within reach of an electrical outlet.
We use only a high quality, creamy, smooth and delicious, mouth-watering chocolate sourced from a local supplier.
We provide you with a choice of dark, milk or white chocolate, however from our experience, milk chocolate is by far
the most popular.
Yes. Upon request we can supply Belgium or Lindt chocolate. Please note that Belgium and Lindt chocolate do not
melt to a consistency suitable for a smooth flow and therefore oil needs to be added.

No. Once the chocolate fountain has been set-up and is running, it is not necessary for any further supervision.
For peace of mind, especially during larger events, we are able to provide an on-site Skilled Operator for R80 per hour.
We provide our service to all customers within the greater Cape Town area.
The sooner, the better. Although we do have several fountains available, we tend to get very busy on weekends
and during the Cape Town summer months. It is therefore advisable to book your fountain as far in advance
as possible.
Yes. In order to secure your booking, you will need to pay a 50% deposit no later than two weeks prior to your event.
The remaining balance is due before delivery.
Once your booking has been confirmed, we will provide you with an invoice with our bank details.
It is our preference that all payments are made directly via EFT.
